• Leasing – preparing, negotiating and advising on commercial, industrial and retail leasing matters for both landlords and tenants, including agreements for lease, leases, assignments, surrenders, renewals and variations.
• Property Development – advising developers and landowners throughout the development process, including due diligence, transaction structuring, acquisitions, disposals and related documentation.
• Commercial Transactions – business sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and general commercial advisory matters.
• Property Advisory – title investigations, easements, covenants, subdivision matters, property structuring and other complex property issues.

Vicky has acted on a broad range of significant transactions and matters, including:

• Advising on and completing multi-million-dollar commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and sales of shopping centres and acquisition of land and business deals involving pubs, hotels, and other hospitality venues.
• Negotiating and drafting agreements for lease and leases for the development and leasing of commercial, retail, and industrial premises (from both landlord and tenant perspectives) including leases with national fast-food chains and large format retailers, leases for an international fuel and convenience store chain and international café and beverage retailer, leases for a major aviation and logistics precinct in Brisbane’s south-west, and leases for childcare centres.
• Structuring and documenting business acquisitions involving both asset and share transfers, including shareholders’ agreement for medical practices.
  In addition to her property and commercial practice, Vicky also assists clients with wills and estates matters, offering clear and compassionate guidance on estate planning and related matters.
