Sophia is also experienced in corporate and personal insolvency matters, acting for liquidators, administrators and bankruptcy trustees in recovery proceedings and other insolvency matters. Her experience includes insolvent trading claims, vesting of bankrupt property, disputes concerning bankrupt estates and the preservation of property in external administration. She also advises companies, creditors and individuals affected by insolvency, including in relation to statutory demands and winding up applications.
