Richard has acted in many commercial and residential property transactions including major site acquisitions and divestments, and residential conveyancing, all over Queensland.

In assisting clients to acquire these sites Richard has carried out full due diligence investigations and provided advice to clients, prepared contracts and carried out negotiations and either run or supervised the matter through to settlement of the acquisition.

Property Development

Richard has acted for major developer clients in relation to high rise and flat land developments including assisting with titling, preparing community management statements.

Commercial and Retail Leasing / Licensing

Richard is experienced in all aspects of retail, commercial, office and industrial leasing transactions.

Richard acts for a number of prominent owners of shopping centres, office parks, industrial complexes, commercial airports and commercial office buildings throughout Queensland and all other States of Australia.

Richard also acts for tenants from a variety of backgrounds ranging from small businesses to national retailers stores.

Commercial Agreements and Arrangements

Richard is also experienced with the drafting, negotiating, and advising clients in relation a variety of commercial agreements including shareholder agreements (including share buy backs), loan agreements, service and administration agreements, hire agreements, marketing and consultancy agreements and licences.
