Margaret joined the firm in September 2014 as a Paralegal and brought with her extensive knowledge from more than 30 years’ experience in assisting clients with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including precontract advice on property transactions, preparing house and land contracts for sales and acquisitions of property, and managing residential conveyances, including off the plan vacant land and unit contracts, as well as transferring estate properties. She also supports our commercial conveyancing team from contract to PEXA settlements.

Relevant Experience

Margaret’s extensive experience and conveyancing knowledge means that she is aware of the challenges and potential issues that can arise during a residential conveyance and is well equipped to guide clients through the process of buying and selling residential property.

Throughout her career, Margaret has consistently delivered and handled each transaction with a high level of care and attention and is committed to ensuring our clients and their sale and purchase matters are completed on time and with minimal fuss.
