Keren is a lawyer in O’Sullivan Sneddon Law’s Property & Commercial team.  Keren was admitted as a lawyer in the High Court of South Africa in 2009 and in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2025.  With more than 12 years of legal experience, Keren uses her drafting and transaction experience to assist clients in a range of commercial matters.

Relevant Experience

Keren’s experience includes general commercial and corporate structuring transactions and acting for clients in:

  • Corporate structuring transactions and advisory – share sales and acquisitions, unit sales and acquisitions, share issues, share buybacks, resolutions, shareholders agreements and constitutions.
  • Commercial transactions – business sales and acquisitions, asset sales and acquisitions, PPSR registrations, partnership agreements, service contracts, customer contracts and trading terms.
  • Property transactions – change of trustee conveyances, transfers of land, transfer duty assessments, concessions and exemptions, as well as land tax exemptions for charitable institutions.
