Charlotte acts for clients in a broad range of disputes and general litigation matters with a particular focus on, and interest in, employment matters. Charlotte acts on behalf of both employees and employers in relation to matters involving unfair dismissals, general protections, discrimination and disciplinary investigations.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Business from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law. Charlotte was admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland in January 2025, and prior to commencing her role at O’Sullivan Sneddon Law, had experience working in community legal centres, as an associate to a District Court Judge, and in a large international firm.

Charlotte continues to build her knowledge in dispute areas and has experience working on large property transactions as well as construction litigation, recovery matters and insolvency disputes.

Charlotte ensures she takes the time to understand her client’s position and goals and strives to provide practical and tailored client-centred advice, in an accessible and commercially considered way.
