Vicky is a Senior Associate in O’Sullivan Sneddon Law’s property and commercial law team, bringing over 15 years of legal experience. She holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (summa cum laude) degrees and began her career in South Africa, where she practised as a property and commercial lawyer before being admitted in New South Wales in 2018 and relocating to Australia.

Experience

Vicky has worked in both top-tier and boutique law firms, advising a diverse client base including ASX-listed companies, private enterprises, and individuals across a wide range of industries. Her expertise spans commercial and residential conveyancing, commercial, industrial and retail leasing, business sales and acquisitions, share transaction, shareholders’ agreements, corporate contracts and wills and estates.

Her commercial background enables her to deliver pragmatic legal advice that supports her clients’ business goals. Vicky is known for her ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.

She thrives on helping clients achieve successful outcomes through strategic and commercially sound legal guidance.

Recent examples of her work include:

  • Advising on and completing multi-million dollar commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and sales of shopping centres and acquisition of land and business deals involving pubs, hotels, and other hospitality venues.
  • Negotiating and drafting agreements for lease and leases for the development and leasing of commercial, retail, and industrial premises (from both landlord and tenant perspectives) including leases with national fast-food chains and large format retailers, leases for an international fuel and convenience store chain and international café and beverage retailer, leases for a major aviation and logistics precinct in Brisbane’s south-west, and leases for childcare centres.
  • Structuring and documenting business acquisitions involving both asset and share transfers, including shareholders’ agreement for medical practices.
    In addition to her property and commercial practice, Vicky also assists clients with wills and estates matters, offering clear and compassionate guidance on estate planning and related matters.
