Lauren is a team member in our commercial and property team with a strong interest in leasing particularly retail shop leases and assignment of leases matters. Her role includes drafting leases, preparing lease extension and variation documents, surrendering leases, lease assignments, registration of various documents and general file management duties. She works closely with clients, agents, and legal professionals to navigate the complexities of leasing transactions.

Lauren also supports the rest of our commercial and property team and assists with various commercial and property transactions including residential and commercial conveyancing.
